5. CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REPLACEMENT OF GOODS

The returned item must be in the same packaging in which it was received by the Buyer;

5.7. In the event of withdrawal from the contract (return of goods), the Buyer must send back or hand over the goods to the Seller immediately, not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of submitting the declaration of return to the Seller.
5.8. Replacement of the goods or return of money paid for them to the Buyer's account no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of return of the goods.
5.9. The Seller cannot return the amounts paid to the Buyer until the goods are returned to the Seller or the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent to the Seller.
